A broad label is a starting point, not an answer. Narrow it step by step so nothing is skipped on the way to the exact option.

Decide what kind of item the lead points to. The category chooses which questions will apply.

Name what actually needs confirming. A vague lead hides the real question; naming it keeps the check on target.
3. Current destination
Record what the page shows now. The current page, not the old label, is the fact you are narrowing.
4. Exact option
Confirm the exact color, size, version, quantity, or material you are selecting.
5. Conflict
Keep what is missing, mismatched, or unconfirmable. A conflict is a note, not a verdict.
